Volunteer Roles at Journey of Hope

• Mentor – Mentors attend a one-day training, after which they are matched with a participant as their encourager, accountability person, and friend. Serving the Lord as a mentor means making a commitment for about three hours,
• Instructor – Bible study; Jobs for Life curriculum; computer tutoring.
• Board of Directors – looking for individuals with fundraising, marketing/public-relations, finance, volunteer management, women’s ministry experience. 
• Class Monitor – we need people to come and simply be a presence at the office during class on Wednesdays at 9:30am to 2:00pm 
• Clothing Room – organize and maintain our closet of professional clothing.
• Computer Maintenance – assess functioning of donated computers.
